 Reservations, deposits:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the
scheduled wedding ceremony.
Cancellations,
refunds:
A full refund minus a $500.00 usd per couple will be made for cancellations received by
Cancun Dream Weddings, at least 30 days prior to the reserved date.
There´ll be no refunds for cancellations received within 30 days prior to the reserved
date. There´are no refunds issued for unused portions of the wedding package. If the
final payment is not received 30 days prior to the reserved date Cancun Dream Weddings may
elect to cancel the booking and resell the reserved date. In this event,Cancun Dream
Weddings will retain all deposits and payments.
We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Cancun Dream Weddings
reserves the right to protect all revenue.
Cancun Dream Weddings
responsibilities:
The operator (Cancun Dream Weddings), is an independent contractor that arranges wedding
related services for couples. The operator is not an agent of the Customer, nor of those
providing related services, and does not in any manner directly provide accommodations,
meals, transportation, or other wedding related services. The operator shall no be liable
for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of common carrier
equipment or services, termination of services, changes in fares & rates, or for
cancellations beyond its control and without notice. The operator reserves the right to
alter the printed package of any wedding as it may deem necessary with or without prior
notice.
The operator reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a client of these
weddings at any time for any reason whatsoever. The operator is not responsible for
exchanging or refunding any lost, stolen or unused feature documents.
Please note:
A marriage performed outside the U.S.A. valid in that country´s laws is generally
accepted by any State; however it remains your responsibility to inquire with your own
County and State.
